Melbourne Moran Jr., LICSW is the CEO and Co-Founder of Wanderlust Therapeutic Services, headquartered in Nashua, New Hampshire. A Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Washington, Melbourne leads a multidisciplinary team committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based mental health and addiction treatment to individuals, couples, and families.

A graduate of the Boston University School of Social Work, Melbourne was honored as the 2024 New Hampshire Social Worker of the Year and recognized among the Union Leader’s 40 Under 40. His leadership and advocacy efforts have been featured on NHPR, and under his direction, Wanderlust has earned multiple distinctions, including Best of the 603 and Best of Greater Nashua.

Melbourne serves on the Board of Directors for the Nashua Soup Kitchen & Shelter and the NASW-NH Board of Directors, reflecting his deep commitment to advancing community wellbeing beyond the clinical setting. His work is guided by a belief that access to high-quality mental healthcare is a fundamental component of thriving communities.

Through Wanderlust, Melbourne is leading thoughtful expansion into select U.S. markets with a mission to increase access to personalized, community-centered care. He is equally focused on ensuring that each Wanderlust location remains deeply rooted in the communities it serves—supporting local partnerships, community action initiatives, and volunteerism. His vision centers on expanding access to mental healthcare while strengthening the social fabric of the communities Wanderlust calls home, empowering individuals and families to build resilience, growth, and lasting wellbeing.
