Beth (she/her/hers) is a conditionally licensed clinical social worker who graduated with a Master’s degree in Social Work concentrating in Family Systems and a Global Social Work Certificate from the Graduate School of Social Work at the University of Denver in 2023. Beth offers therapy for both adults and children. Beth enjoys building a therapeutic alliance with those dealing with depression, anxiety, self worth and self esteem issues as well as relationship dynamics. Through modalities like CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing and a systems approach, Beth works with her clients to find the most effective strategies for progress. She is passionate about creating a collaborative approach to processing emotions as well as building skills of resilience and self love with her clients. Beth moved to New Hampshire in 2023 and is enjoying exploring her new home with her beloved dog, Murray Christmas.
