Brenda hold a Bachelor’s degree (2020) in Applied Behavioral Science from Ashford University and a Master’s degree (2025) in Marriage and Family Therapy from National University. She
has experience supporting families during critical periods requiring high-intensity services and crisis support. Passionate about working with individuals, couples, and families, Brenda finds joy in creating spaces for meaningful change. Her approach to therapy is strengths-based, client-centered, and culturally sensitive. Brenda helps clients navigate life transitions, develop skills, and find support through trauma, anxiety, and depression.
