Ashley earned her Master of Social Work from George Fox University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Child, Youth, and Family Services from Portland State University. Her clinical background includes experience supporting children, adolescents, and families in high-acuity settings, including pediatric emergency department care and child welfare services.
During her clinical training at Randall Children’s Hospital, Ashley provided bio-psycho-social assessments, mental health support, trauma support, case management, safety planning, discharge planning, and crisis intervention for pediatric patients and their guardians. She also has experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support continuity of care, connect families with resources, and strengthen family systems.
Ashley practices from a compassionate, developmentally appropriate, and trauma-informed approach. She is passionate about supporting children’s mental health, helping clients build emotional regulation skills, and creating a safe, supportive space where children and families feel heard, understood, and empowered.
