Kelsey Loparto, MA (LCMHC-C pending Board approval)

Kelsey is a graduate of Rivier University with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.  She comes to us with over a decade of experience, having worked in outpatient, residential, and psychiatric emergency service settings, in addition to non profit program development and direction.  Kelsey practices trauma informed, client centered therapy.  Her style is warm, down to earth, and stigma free.  She believes the heart of her work is building safe, supportive relationships in which clients feel truly understood and cared for.  Kelsey also incorporates skills based work from DBT, ACT, and CBT to provide practical coping methods for life’s challenges.  She enjoys working with adolescents and adults who are wishing to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their life experiences.
