Grace Sullivan, LMHC – A

Grace graduated with a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology and Psychotherapy from the American College of Greece in Athens, Greece, and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate in the state of Washington and a Professional Counselor Associate in Oregon. Prior to becoming a psychotherapist she studied literature, earned an MFA in Sculpture from Cranbrook Academy of Art, and worked for decades as an artist, editor, graphic designer, and art conservator. Grace practices from an integrative approach drawing on psychoanalytic, existential, humanist, and behavioral traditions as well as her extensive experience with meditation. She works with adults of all ages who come to therapy due to concerns including—and not limited to—anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, grief, complex trauma, suicidal ideation, chronic pain and chronic illness, mood imbalances and neurodiversity. Grace finds nourishment and solace in the natural world and her yoga practice. She loves to sing and dance and treasures quality time with dear ones.
